The training and coaching programme that we offer under this scheme provides you with the following:
Internet marketing plan - this will be designed to achieve your company's specific online marketing goals - such as:
Increase the number of sales leads generated by your website
Get more relevent visitors to your site by improving it's position on Google search results
Increase the conversion rate of leads to sales using email marketing.
Internet marketing training - if there are any aspects of Internet marketing that you need to understand better either to help with your management of this process or because you or your staff intend to carry out tasks, we will train you to an appropriate level.
Internet marketing coaching - as implementation of the Internet makreting plan continues, training requirements may emerge and also, work may be required to help you and your staff achieve the timescales required to implement the plan. Here we help you to make sure the ongoing part of your Internet marketing plans progress as required.
What does the training programme include?
The programme can be taylored to suit your specific needs and will typically include the following elements:
Initial meeting to establish your marketing, training and coaching requirements
Training to cover the most important elements of your requirements
Creation of a draft Internet marketing plan with tasks assigned to specific individuals in your organisation as well as to any external companies you work with
A second meeting to review the Internet marketing plan, assess progress, provide additional training and coaching
A third meeting to continue the review, training and coaching process.
After the third meeting, you can then decide to proceed with further sessions to maintain progress and ensure you get the required results for your Internet marketing programme.
What are the qualification criteria?
To be eligable for the programme, the main criteria are:
Your company should employ 5 or more staff
Your application should be approved by the end of December 2010
The training and coaching should be delivered within 3 months of approval.
How much funding can I get?
Up to £500 of funding is available with no input required from you.
After the initial £500, then the fund will match-fund your contribution up to a further £500.
This means that if you contribute £500, you will get a further £1,000 from the fund. So you can get £1,500 worth of training and support for £500 of your own money.
How can I apply for the grant?
The first step is to complete the short form below now so we can start the application process on your behalf - once we have provisional approval for the funding, we will get in touch and organise for the appropriate paperwork to be completed.
Remember: the deadline for approval of this paperwork is the end of December so we strongly advise you to start this process now to avoid running out of time. Applications submitted by 17th December should be OK, but we cannot guarantee approval.
