Main Gym: The main gym within the club contains both pin select and plate load resistance machines and a full complement of cardio-vascular machines with digital TV throughout.
Free Weights Room: Featuring full sets of pro dumbells, pro fixed barbells and olympic discs and barbells.
Group Training / Boxing Studio: Offering group training to suit everyone including low impact aerobics, groove FX, boxercise and yoga/pilates. Equipped with a variety of bags & equipment for boxing, martial arts and conditioning.
Supplement And Equipment Shop: Offering a wide range off performance, body building and weight loss supplements by BSN, Dymatize, MET Rx, Optimum Nutrition and Others from stock, or to order. We also stock boxing & martial arts equipment and gym clothing & accessories.
Changing Rooms: Both male and female changing facilities are equipped with lockers, power showers and hair driers.
Car Parking: Plenty of free, well lit car parking. We also have a covered bike rack.
