The Atrium Club is a top quality health and fitness club, based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Our gym offers the latest equipment available. The Fitness machines each have a television built in. We have a comprehensive resistance area with a very good range of both plate and selectorised machines. There is a full rack of dumbbells and barbells with a very low starting weight. We are always updating the gym and are please to say we are the only gym in the area with Power Plate. Our well qualified fitness staff are on hand to help at all times. The Gym is fully Air Conditioned for your comfort the whole year round. Our Aerobic Studio is well know in the area. It is exceptionally well equipped with a Sprung Floor and Air Conditioned. Our range of classes is superb, with various Circuit classes, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates and Spinning. The Pool area offers you the most relaxing are. The pool is one constant depth and well heated, we offer regular Aqua Aerobic sessions. There is also a Spa Jacuzzi (well heated) , a sauna and a Turkish Steam room (with Eucalyptus aroma). As you would expect our changing facilities are luxurious too. Wood lockers throughout, fantastic hot showers with shampoo provided, hairdryers and chilled water.. We also provide you with a fresh towel each time you visit. We offer ongoing fitness consultations with our qualified staff.
